Welcome to our luminous 1550 sqft 3-bedroom duplex in Provincetown! Here's what you'll find: 

• 1st Bedroom: 1 queen bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 queen bed
• 3rd Bedroom: 2 queen beds
• Living Area: large dining area, sofas and TV with Roku streaming
• Loft Area: on the second floor, you'll find a dedicated workspace and lounging area
• Kitchen: island, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, toaster, basic cooking products, dishes, cutlery, kettle and oven 
• 1st Bathroom: shower, hairdryer, toiletries and fresh towels
• 2nd Bathroom: double sinks, large shower, hairdryer, toiletries and fresh towels 
• Outdoor Area: large deck, deckchairs and private bbq encompassed by lush greenery

• We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal
• Feel free to bring a maximum of 2 pets for an additionall fee of $100/pet/stay
• There are Arlo cameras at both entrances monitoring the exterior of the house for security purposes
• The hot tub is currently out of order
• Unit #1, on the lower floor, is occupied by a separate owner and is not included with our rental unit #2 which is located in the main house 
• Our guests have three designated parking spots in a separate lot across the property.Please avoid parking on the roadside in front of the small deck and courtyard underneath the big deck, as those areas are reserved for the lower floor owner's vehicles.
